  • Prosciutto di Modena PDO (70g)
  • Baked black olives (cooked
  • in a low oven for 2 hours (10g)
  • Artichokes in oil (or thinly-sliced artichokes, if in season) (20g)

The quantities indicated are enough for a sandwich.
