  • Chestnuts from the Apennines in syrup (15g)
  • Porcini mushrooms, briefly sautéed in a hot pan and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil,
  • salt and white pepper (20g)
  • Flakes of aged pecorino cheese (10g)

The quantities indicated are enough for a sandwich.
