Salad with Pears and Prosciutto di Modena

  • 200 gr Provola Cheese
  • 12 slices Prosciutto di Modena
  • 200 gr songino
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • oil
  • salt


Dice pear and the cheese and slice Prosciutto di Modena into strips.
Combine all the ingredients and dress with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
