Prosciutto di Modena in Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Prosciutto di Modena in a single piece
  • 250 gr frozen puff pastry

Preparation

Dip the Prosciutto di Modena into water for half an hour, drain it and remove its rind.
Wrap it with the puff pastry, seal the edges and bake in preheated oven (200°) for 40 minute.

The quantities indicated are enough for four people.
