  • Crusty bread, e.g. ciabatta
  • Anchovy fillets
  • Oil
  • Prosciutto di Modena PDO (70g)
  • Fresh burrata (30g)
  • Seasoned green tomato (30g)


Melt two anchovy fillets in some extra virgin olive oil by gently heating the oil.
Slice the tomatoes into 3mm slices and drizzle with the anchovy sauce.

The quantities indicated are enough for a sandwich.
