Summer Salad with Prosciutto di Modena

Ingredients

  • 1 musk melon
  • 150 gr Prosciutto di Modena
  • 8 Pachino tomatoes
  • 1 bunch rughetta
  • 1 bufala mozzarella
  • oil
  • salt

Preparation

Dice melon and mozzarella into small pieces. Halve tomato and slice Prosciutto di Modena into strips. Combine with rughetta and season with oil and salt.

The quantities indicated are enough for four people.
