Ingredients

  • Classic crusty roll
  • Cow’s ricotta, mixed with salt and extra virgin olive oil (30g)
  • Prosciutto di Modena PDO (70g)
  • Lightly blanched broccoli (just the florets) sautéed with extra virgwin olive oil and salt (must stay crunchy!) (30g)
  • Toasted almonds (5g)

The quantities indicated are enough for a sandwich.
