  • Crusty white sandwich baguette
  • Spread on the bottom of the sandwich: truffle sauce (10g) (must be good quality!)
  • Bed of lamb’s lettuce (20g) Prosciutto di Modena PDO (70g)
  • Rare duck breast cooked with white wine and flavourings (celery, carrot, onion, rosemary, crushed juniper berries) (30g)
  • Apricot halves (10-15g)

The quantities indicated are enough for a sandwich.
